RSAB SystemPneumatic
Compressed air at a pressure above 6.5 bar supplies the RSAB system. After pressing the red button on the control unit, the sleeve is filled within about 4 minutes. Once the required pressure is reached, the system automatically shuts off..
To empty the sleeve, you must press the green button. The emptying process takes about 4 minutes,, after which the system also automatically shuts off. The resulting vacuum allows for smooth operation of the sliding roof.
System RSABAutomatic
The RSAB system is powered by compressed air at a pressure above 6.5 bar. After pressing the red button on the control unit, the sleeve is filled within about 4 minutes. Once the required pressure is reached, the system automatically shuts off.
Before starting to drive, the driver empties the sleeve, which takes about 4 minutes. This process can be initiated by pressing a button on the control unit or activating the brake.

How does the system work?
Depending on the choice of system, whether pneumatic or automatic, the system pumps up the air sleeve installed under the roof. Once filled, the sleeve creates a gabled roof that allows water to drain off, preventing ice formation during freezing nights.
Is the system useful only in winter?
No! The answer is water. Water is present all year round, increasing weight as well as fuel consumption. It is often a cause of customer complaints.
Is the system certified?
Yes, it has been approved by the Federal Motor Transport Authority in Germany and certified by TÜV NORD.
The system is manufactured in Germany in production certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
How to install the system?
The system comes pre-assembled. It can be easily installed within 3 hours in your workshop.
Which manufacturers of trailers is the system dedicated to?
The system can be easily installed on trailers and semi-trailers from all manufacturers, including Schmitz Cargobull, Wielton, KRONE, Kögel, and Schwarzmüller. The system can be mounted on sliding and lifting roofs.
Can I transfer the system to another trailer?
Of course – just disassemble it and reassemble it in the new trailer.
